Being vegan doesn’t mean you have to throw away your old habit of having cereals with milk. There’s tons of dairy replacement out there! Rice milk, soy milk, almond milk, coconut milk, cashew nut milk, quinoa milk, and many more.
I have 3 essentials when it comes to such categories of breakfasts (cereals, milk) and they are: Chia Seeds, Rice Milk, and Granola.
1. Rice Milk and Granola.
2. Rice Milk-soaked chia seeds overnight with granola.
3. Rice milk and granola topped with dried cranberries and chia seeds.
You could stick back to your daily serving of corn flakes but changing that carton of cows milk to non dairy milk does make huge a difference in your body.
Check the ingredients list to watch out for bold words like ‘may contain milk' when searching for granola - not all granolas are vegan.
